No Changes for 2004 No suggestions for changes were submitted When establishing a handicap we will use 80% instead of 90% for everyone, including subs. The next week when you have one or more previous scores the handicap will be computed using 90%. This means you only use the 80% handicap on the night it is established. The computer will recalculate your handicap at 90% for the next week. |
